THERMACARE® HEATWRAPS FOR LOCALISED PAIN
-
1
Do not open the airtight packaging of the ThermaCare® HeatWrap for flexible use until shortly before use. Upon contact with oxygen, the heating of the heat cells begins.
-
2
Remove the protective film and take care not to touch the 4 adhesive surfaces before to apply the patch to the body so as not to reduce the adhesive effect.
-
3
Guide the heat patch over your head and place it with the adhesive surfaces directly on the skin where you have the localised pain. Press the top 2 adhesive dots firmly with your hand.
-
4
Now fix the lower 2 adhesive surfaces from below with the back of your hand in order to ensure an optimum hold of the heat wrap.
The flexible heat wrap can not only be used on the upper back, but is also suitable for heat therapy on the arms or legs.
Due to its ergonomic shape, the ThermaCare® HeatWrap can be stuck exactly on the area where you have the localised pain for flexible application. After about 30 minutes of warming up, the heat wrap reaches the therapeutic temperature of approx. 40 °C. This temperature is therapeutic and kept constant for the remainder of the treatment period.
